Summer Registration

Summer’s a great time to catch up on missing courses or get a jump on your requirements. This summer at 91社区, you can take up to 18 credits while paying less than you would at other local private institutions. Save money and earn the credits you need to graduate early.

Summer at 91社区 has offerings for a range of students:

  • High school students can get a head start on their college courses!
  • Visiting students from other colleges can fill in some gaps in their studies before the fall semester begins.
  • Currently enrolled 91社区 undergraduate students can save money by taking required courses at lower rates.

Summer Financial Aid

If you plan to take classes during the summer, you may be eligible for financial aid. To apply, please complete the online. In order to receive summer loans, students must take a minimum of six credits and submit a completed Seasonal Loan Request Form to the Office of Financial Aid.

Your financial aid plan will be revised to include your summer semester(s). Any financial aid received in the summer will count toward your aggregate limits and maximum number of eligible semesters. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid at finaid@nyit.edu or 516.686.7680 with any questions.

Summer Sessions

91社区 offers three summer sessions of varying length:

  • Summer Session I: from May to July, four- or six-week courses
  • Summer Session II: from July to August, four- or six-week courses
  • Summer Session III: from May to August, 14-week courses
